A user can not remove their own account from the SIGNL4 User list, however another user with administrator privileges can delete the user.
Inside of the SIGNL4 web portal when attempting to remove your user you should see that the delete box is greyed out and when you hover of that box a message should appear in the hover text that states “You cannot delete yourself” this is a security feature to help make sure a user could not accidently delete themselves as the only administrator of the subscription.
In order to remove an Administrator user you will need to have another user log in as an Administrator, if you do not have any other Administrator users then you will need to make another user an Administrator via the SIGNL4 web portal user list, then have that user login and delete your user from the User list inside of the SIGNL4 web portal.
This will guarantee that your subscription still has at least one user with Administrator privileges and this will remove your user from the user count and free up the license to invite another user into the subscription.
