Can I manually create a Signl in SIGNL4?

Manual signls can be created in SIGNL4 via both the webportal and the mobile app.  

To create a manual signl in the webportal follow these steps:

1. Log into the SIGNL4 webportal.
2. Click on the Send Signl button in the top right corner of the page
3. Select a team or All teams and then enter the Subject and text in the labeled boxes
4. Click on the Send button at the bottom of the screen

To create a manual signl in the SIGNL4 mobile app follow these steps:

1. Log into and open the SIGNL4 mobile app
2. Scroll to the bottom of the app and select the Send Signl button
3. Select a team or All teams and then enter the Subject and text in the labeled boxes
4. Hold down the Hold to send button until the orange bar fills the send button and the alert is sent. 

In both instances the alert will be created and sent to the teams selecting using the options selected on these pages.
