Can multiple Signls be acknowledged or closed at one time?

SIGNL4 does give the option to close a group of alerts during any one time, via both the Webportal and the Mobile app.  

The webportal can ack/close multiple alerts at once with the following steps:

1. Log into the Signl4 webportal
2. Select the Signls menu option
3. Filter the alerts by team, date, status or title make sure only the group of alerts you wish to close are in the list
4. Select the Action button at the top right and then select the Acknowledge/Close all option depending on which status you wish to set the alerts to.  

The Mobile app can ack/close multiple alerts at once with the following steps:

1. Log into the Signl4 Mobile app
2. In the mobile app on the Signls tile you can select alerts for the team and status you wish to use.
3. Click on the number in the tile and this opens a list of the alerts in question
4. Select the 3 dot options menu at the top right and select the Acknowledge/Close all option depending on the status you wish to set the alerts to.
