When you sign up to SIGNL4, we send you a 4-digit activation code by email (sender is info@mail.signl4.com). The email address we use is the one you provided during sign up in the mobile app. If you used your Google or Microsoft account for signing up, we use the associated email address.
The activation code email is usually delivered to you within one minute or less. We try everything with your email provider to ensure delivery, like handle greylisting, do multiple delivery attempts, etc.
In case you do not receive the activation code, please check your Spam folder. As our email domain might be unkown to your Spam software provider, the activation code email might end up there.
There are a few email providers that still do not accept our email, e.g. Microsoft Hotmail. Please, use a different email address in this case.
