When are those logs updated?

Besides the real-time Signl4 Center, you have access to downloadable audit trail files.

You find all protocols and logs files under 'Audit Trail' once you logged into the SIGNL4 management portal. There are two types of logs: one for shift and duty hours and one for alerts and responses.

Both protocols or logs are stored in CSV (comma-separated values) format.

The Alerting & Response Protocol is updated once a day, i.e. at midnight of your local time zone.

The Shift & Duty Protocol is created at the end of each months, i.e. monthly.

Accordingly, you cannot use them for real-time analytics. If you need to process real-time information within a 3rd party app, we recommend using outbound webhooks.
