Voice call alerting, duration and content

When SIGNL4 does a voice call it reads parts of the alert content to the receiving party.

• The overall length of the read message is limited to 250 characters.
• The overall call duration is limited to 90 seconds.
• The voice call message is the following:

There is a new SIGNL4 for your team [team name] for the service or system [signl category] and the subject [signl subject].

The language of the call/message can be either German or English and is determined by the language of the receiving users phone language settings. The language defaults to English and will use German if the phones language is set to German but will use English if the language is set to anything else.
