If you cannot log in to your SIGNL4 account and receive an error message, make sure that:
- Your login credentials are correct. If you have forgotten your password, request a new one using the link on the login form.
- You are using the correct URL for the online account portal (https://account.signl4.com/manage). Sometimes bookmarked URLs have an expired token attached.
- If you have signed up with a Microsoft or Google account, make sure you click the provider logo and do not use the standard form with email/password input fields.
- Check your Internet or mobile connectivity when trying to login to the mobile app
