All team members with the status ‘on duty’ receive alert notifications. This allows for managing timely availability of team members and automated routing to staff ‘on duty’. If you are not 'on-duty', you won't receive alert notifications.
Additionally, alerts are routed based on 'services & systems' categories. So, if a user is (or has) opted out from a category then no alerts of that category will be delivered to this user. This feature can be used to route alerts based on responsibilities.
