In case the SIGNL4 mobile app has issues and is not performing as usual, we recommend following these basic steps:
- Try the mobile app without Wifi as this is a common source of issues
- Log out from the mobile app
- If possible clear app cache data
- Log in again
How can I clear cache data on Android?
- Open Settings and choose Apps & notifications
- Open the SIGNL4 app (you may want to search for it first)
- Now select "Storage and cache"
- Tap on "CLEAR STORAGE" and "CLEAR CACHE"
