Where can I find my Customer ID?

Your customer ID can be found in the Signl4 webportal.  

The customer ID can be found in 2 places depending on your rights:

1. Click on the Billing menu option if it appears, this is only for Administrators.  The customer ID shows in the Current Plan box under your license count.

2. Click on the Help menu option.  On this page is a Need Help? box with the customer ID in it.  This is accessible by all users.
