What is meant by webhook identifier to send a new event via full Rest API?

When you want to send a new event via full Rest API you need in any case a webhhok to do this.
The webook identifier is the string after the last slash in the webhook URL.

Use team id to send an event straight to the team or an inbound webhook identifier (https://connect.signl4.com/webhook/<Identifier>) to use distribution rules.
