Is there a delivery SLAs for Notification Channels?

Our own processing speed depends on a variety of factors but is not the decisive factor in page delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide SLAs for message delivery times as actual delivery is subject to the performance of multiple layers of vendors, including telco companies, gateways, network infrastructure. That is why we have built-in features like omni-channel communications, comm channel hopping, delivery tracking, customizable non-delivery escalation, etc to ensure that highest delivery performance possible to mitigate any non-avoidable infrastructure delays. Nonetheless, our core delivery speed is among the fastest in the industry with push usually being the most performant delivery channel.
