When you sign up to SIGNL4, you receive an auto-generated password by email. This password can be changed in two ways, either by requesting a new auto-generated password or by changing it in the mobile app.
Changing your password in the mobile app
To change your password, open the mobile app. Tap the gear icon on the dashboard (upper right) and then click 'Change password'.
Enter your current password, then your new one and confirm it. Click 'Save'.
If you forgot your password
If you forgot your current password, click 'Forgot password' on the account management logon screen at https://account.signl4.com/manage
Enter your email address used for sign-up and SIGNL4 will send you a new auto-generated password.
You can initiate the generation of a new password also from the login screen of the mobile app. Click the link "Forgot password":
