How can I delete my subscription?

To delete your account, go to the SIGNL4 management portal (https://account.signl4.com/manage), log in and go to ‘Help’.

Click ‘Terminate Subscription’ to cancel any existing subscription and delete your team and all data.

Please note that the deletion will happen immediately. If you wish to cancel your subscription on a specific date, please contact us via web chat or send an email to  hello@signl4.com.
