This functionality requires the Zabbix Connector-App from the SIGNL4 apps gallery. The following items need to be checked.
- You need to open the inbound port 443 or use a proxy.
- Make sure you can reach the Zabbix server (e.g. “https://your-zabbix-server/zabbix/”) from the Internet.
- Make sure the external Zabbix URL is configured in the Zabbix connector app in SIGNL4 and in the SIGNL4 media type in Zabbix.
- Make sure the your Zabbix username and password are correct in the Zabbix connector app in SIGNL4.
- Make sure you acknowledge, annotate or close an alert that initially came from Zabbix.
