How often can I change and verify my phone number?

There is a limit for changing and verifying phone numbers per subscription:

Trial: 20 changes per month

Free Starter Plan: 5 changes per month

Commercial Plan: 200 changes per month

Otherwise you ability to change numbers will be suspended and you have to wait for 30 days.
