Signls show "Abuse detected" as status in the Signl Center

If the status of Signls in the Signl Center is "Abuse detected", there was a large number of SMS/Voice calls to this user.

The limit is 100 SMS/Voice calls over a period of 60 minutes.

If this limit is exceeded, the user's phone number will be automatically invalidated and he will be informed about it by an email. As long as the corresponding user does not revalidate his phone number, he will not receive any SMS/Voice calls.
