When will I be automatically logged out of the SIGNL4 app?

After 7 days of inactivity or no Signls were received you will be automatically loggod out of the SIGNL4 app.

Also, after a login of 180 days you wil be logged out automatically and need to login again. This is for security reasons and cannot be changed or set somewhere.

The login method does not matter in this case.

Please be noticed the the Signls will still be received by Call and Text as the registered telephone number is still valid.
Also, as long as the Push token is valid (about 14 days), you will receive push messages and then please login again into the App.

In the meantime we have updated our system.
We have established a new push notification telling users about their app login expiry

• When will it be send? => Once the app will log out the user in 48h and then ,if the user opened the app, 24h before logout.
• How often it will be checked? => once each hour to the full hour (XY:00) it will be checked
