Payment methods and taxes

Standard payment methods

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All listed prices are excluding taxes.

Subject to future regulations and local tax laws, we usually do not charge taxes except for Germany.

If you are a business in the EU and don’t own a valid EU VAT ID we need to charge you 19% German VAT.

Payment by wire transfer

We do except payment by wire transfer in case you are representing a registered business and choose to pay for an annual subscription of the 'Optimize' or 'Maximize' plan in advance. In this case, we can also provide you with a commercial quote.

Please, contact us at info@signl4.com with your customer id (can be found under Billing the SIGNL4 web portal) and we can enable you for ordering without credit card and payment by wired transfer. Upon your online order, our system will submit an invoice payment payable within 30 days.
