If you want to switch to a cheaper plan with your subscription, you cannot do this in the web portal.
To do so, please send an email to info@signl4.com with the following information:
- Your Customer ID (this can be found in the Webportal under the HELP section)
- The plan you wish to switch to
We will then contact you as soon as possible when the change has been made..
