How can I reduce the number of users in my Subscription?

If you want to change the number of users in your subsctption, you cannot do ithis in the web portal.

Under Users, please delete the invitations of users you no longer need.

Then please send an email to info@signl4.com with the following information:

- Your Customer ID (this can be found in the Webportal under the HELP section)

- Number of users to which you want to reduce

We will then contact you as soon as possible when the change has been made.
