Cancellation & Downgrade Policy
SIGNL4 is a subscription-based “pay-as-you-go” service available with monthly or annual billing.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next renewal date.
- When a cancellation request is submitted, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (month or year).
- Cancellations do not take effect immediately and cannot be applied retroactively once a subscription has already renewed.
Downgrading Users or Changing Plans
If you want to reduce the number of users or downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the downgrade will also only take effect with the next renewal period.
- For monthly subscriptions, changes will be applied at the start of the next monthly billing cycle.
- For annual subscriptions, changes will be applied at the start of the next annual billing cycle.
- You can continue to have access to the current plan and/or user count until the end of the current term.
Summary
- Cancellation, user reductions, and plan downgrades must be made before the upcoming renewal date.
- All changes take effect only at the start of the next billing period.
- Charges for the current billing period remain due and are not prorated.
