How can I pause my subscription?

SIGNL4 does not currently support pausing subscriptions. However, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the end of your current billing period and restart it later when needed.

Once your subscription expires, your account will automatically switch to the free Starter Plan. All of your data will remain stored securely in the background. An Exception is the historical data of events and Signls. Here you have a retention time of 1 month.

To prevent your account from being automatically deleted, simply log in at least once every 3 months. Our system will send reminder emails to the account owner beforehand.

If you want to resume your service later, you can purchase a new commercial subscription plan at any time. SIGNL4 will automatically restore your existing data and users.

 Important note about users

The free Starter Plan is limited to 5 users. After a paid subscription expires:

• The first 5 users originally added to the account will remain active.
• Any additional users will be deactivated and hidden until a paid subscription is reactivated.

Tip: Make sure at least one admin user is among the first five users added, so you can still manage the account while using the Starter Plan.
